[Mandarin-Speaking Role] Strategic Account Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, driving long-term partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
Present and promote innovative communication solutions to senior decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in unified communications
Represent the brand at industry events and key client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience with industry leaders like Cisco, Logitech, Microsoft, Poly, Zoom, or Jabra is a plus
