Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 (+ performance bonuses)
Refer a friend and earn up to £500 in referral bonuses!
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent (Visa sponsorship available)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leverage your network and social skills to fulfill diverse and exciting client requests
Navigate the travel, retail, and entertainment sectors—(e.g. restaurant bookings, concert tickets)
Master time management and provide tailored solutions under tight deadlines
Help clients explore new lifestyle experiences while becoming the team’s go-to expert
From travel specialist to problem-solver, you’ll be the all-rounder of the team

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
A people-person with top-tier communication skills—friendly, professional, and confident
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in hospitality, retail, or travel industries
Detail-oriented and committed to high service standards
Tech-savvy and quick with office applications
Bonus points for Cantonese or Japanese skills and deep travel industry knowledge (Big plus for GDS and flight systems!)
