兄弟姐妹们！你朋友圈里藏着多少职场大神？推荐TA加入TT UKOFFER，待其通过试用期，立享现金奖励！

Colleagues and partners, great talent exists within your network. Refer qualified candidates to TT UKOFFER and earn monetary rewards upon their successful probation completion.

操作流程 / Process Guidelines

STEP 1：提交推荐 / Submit Referral

邮件至[邮箱]或致电[电话]，提供候选人简历及联系方式（备注”人才推荐”）

Email [address] or call [number] with candidate’s CV and contact details (Subject: “Employee Referral”)

STEP 2：兑现奖励 / Claim Reward

被推荐人签订正式劳动合同并通过试用期后，奖励将于次月15日前发放

Rewards will be issued by the 15th of the following month after the referred candidate’s successful probation period

宇宙星耀 / Cosmic Elite（NEW！）

• 薪资段位：＞£75k
• Salary Range: >£75k

条款说明 / Program Terms

1. 被推荐人须通过背景调查及标准招聘流程

All referrals must pass background checks and standard hiring procedures

2. 以下情况不具奖励资格：
   1. 自荐或重复推荐现有人才库成员 Ineligible cases include:Self-referrals or duplicate submissions
   2. 未通过官方渠道提交的推荐 Referrals not submitted through official channels
   3. 本计划解释权及修订权归TT UKOFFER所有，但我们发誓不当海王 TT UKOFFER reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate this program, but pinky promise not to ghost you
